Leadership Development: ETPs, Orgs, and Service Learning

Student Organizations

Organizations promote student engagement and help shape the school culture. Through these organizations, the school aims to develop students’ creativity, innovation, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Student Council: The Student Council is a leadership body that promotes school values and serves as a training ground for future leaders. Roles include President, Vice President, Executive Secretary, Finance and Logistics Secretary, Administrative Secretary, and Press Secretary. Committees such as LifeEvents, LifeMerch, and LifeCreatives are managed by SC officers with specific roles and qualifications.
  • Life Gazette: The Life Gazette is the student journalism organization dedicated to responsible journalism and creative writing. Members also produce the annual Yearbook. Roles include Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and Section Editors.
  • Life Band: Life Band is the school’s musical ensemble of auditioned student musicians and technicians. They lead praise and worship, perform at school events, and organize musical programs, serving as a training ground for aspiring musicians and worship leaders.

Service Learning Rewards Program

This program inspires students to serve with purpose and heart, recognizing meaningful contributions to school and community. By earning points for the quality and impact of their service, students gain recognition, badges, and leadership opportunities. More than participation, it nurtures young leaders who understand that true impact begins with small, faithful actions, shaping changemakers who lead with compassion and purpose.
