Application | Accessing the Application

• Expect a reply from our Admissions team. They will guide you through the formal Admissions Application process. 
• ‘Select Create An Account
• Once you create an account, write your Application username and password below for future reference:

• Complete one application per child. In the grade level dropdown, please select the grade level in the appropriate division. If you are applying to LAI, please do not fill out the enrollment application. Please scroll until you see Life Academy International applications.
• If completing more than one application, you may want to save your narrative answers in a separate document, so that you can cut and paste them into the next child’s application.

Applies to All Applications:

• Upload onto the application:
  • Student Photo – Headshot from shoulders to top of head
  • Student Behavior Report – Please contact your child’s school office to ask for his/her behavior report. This report can be scanned/emailed to us directly.
  • If an International birth, provide proof of legal residency, such as: VISA, a U.S. passport, or other.

Pre–nursery to Kindergarten

Pre–nursery applicants must be 3 years old by September 1.
Nursery applicants must be 4 yrs. old by September 1.
Kindergarten applicants must be 5 yrs. old by September 1.

• Provide the recipient’s email address on the application

Grades 1-12

• Provide the recipient’s email address on the application:
  • Current Teacher Reference email 
  • Principal, Head Master, Counselor Reference email
• Upload onto the application:
  • Current report card 
  • Past 2 years of Final Report Cards (full report cards or transcripts from the two most recent full academic years) Note: Not for Kindergarten applicants
  • Learner’s Reference Number (LRN) (for incoming Grade 1-12 students)
    

• For 10th- to 12th-grade students, please provide a copy of your Unofficial Transcript. This can be obtained at your school’s Guidance Office.
• Evaluation/school accommodations (if applicable)

After Applying

• Please retain a copy of all documents submitted with your file.
• The Admissions Team will contact you regarding any additional items required and provide details on scheduling screening and testing for your student.
• Applicants for Pre-nursery through Kindergarten are required to take in-house admission screening or testing at Life Academy International. The on-site cost for the screening examination is Php 2,500.
  Applicants for Grades 1 through 12 are required to take the School Entrance Examination proctored at Life Academy International. The on-site cost for the school entrance examination test is Php 2,500.
• If you have an International student, all documents need to be officially translated into English. (Such as: report cards, birth certificates, etc.)

Enrollment | If Accepted

• Upon Acceptance: Once a student is accepted, the family will receive an email invitation to complete the Online Enrollment Packet. To secure the child’s seat, families must confirm their intent to enroll within 48 hours of receiving the invitation. After confirming, they will have 5 business days to complete and submit the full enrollment packet.
  If no confirmation is received within 48 hours, the seat may be offered to another applicant.
  
• Please complete the following:
  • Reservation and Enrollment Agreement Contract
  • Enrollment Deposit that is applied to the tuition balance (Php 25,000)
  • International students:
    • Applicable for non-Philippine passport holders and supports the school’s accreditation to accept foreign students. International students pay a Php50,000 International Student Fee. This fee covers the cost of processing international applicants’ documentation and the onboarding process.
    • If the international student is not living with a parent in the Philippines, families must have approval from the Superintendent to continue with the enrollment process.

• Enrollment Documents
  • Valid, current passport copy for each parent/guardian
  • Photo of parents
  • Photo of guardian (if there is an authorized one)
  • Photo of authorized pick up
  • Child’s current and valid foreign passport copy (if applicable)
  • Immunization Record (only required upon acceptance, but we strongly encourage you to submit in advance).
  • Birth Certificate
  • OR/CR of car/s if availing LAI car stickers

• Continuous Enrollment Details:
  • Your student is automatically enrolled for the subsequent school year. Should you need to make a change for the upcoming school year, do so during the enrollment status change period.
