Our Flagship Program: B.S. Entrepreneurship
In the words of John Rockefeller, the revered Founder of Standard Oil and a devout Christian entrepreneur, “I believe the power to make money is a gift from God just as are the instincts for art, literature, the doctor’s talent, the nurse’s, yours: to be developed and used for the best of our ability for the good of mankind.”
At LAIC, we echo this sentiment, recognizing entrepreneurship as a divine calling—a journey of purpose and impact. Inspired by this ethos, our pioneering program is dedicated to nurturing visionary entrepreneurs poised to redefine industries through biblically grounded innovation.
With specialized tracks in Family Business Entrepreneurship, Corporate Innovation, and Technology Entrepreneurship, the program is tailored to the need to learn about diverse entrepreneurial pursuits. Students embark on a transformative journey to fulfill their potential and serve their communities.

Sally L. Coyukiat, Ed.D.
Academic Director
Dr. Sally Coyukiat, renowned in education leadership, assumes the role of Academic Director at LAI College Initiative*. With a distinguished Doctorate in Educational Management from De La Salle University and a Master of Science in Education from Cornell University, she brings 38 years of experience in shaping standards for top Christian institutions.
Lex Ledesma, Ph.D.
Director of Campus Life
Lex Ledesma, a Filipino entrepreneur and author, assumes the role of Director of Campus Life at LAI College Initiative*. With a master’s degree in Engineering from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from U.P. Diliman, Lex brings invaluable expertise to mentor students on their entrepreneurial journey.
Edric E. Mendoza
Managing Director
After a decade in the corporate world, Edric embarked on a journey as an education entrepreneur, with a stint as a TV business anchor. With a business degree from Ateneo, a certificate in advanced education leadership from Harvard, and a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, he has dedicated himself to innovative education, personal finance, and promoting family values.
Hon. Gregory Slayton
Executive Consultant
The Honorable Gregory W. Slayton, is an Ivy League professor and former U.S. Ambassador, holds an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard Business School. As a US Fulbright Scholar in Asia, he obtained a Master’s in Asian Studies from the University of the Philippines, where his thesis on ‘Causes and Solutions to Poverty in East Asia’ garnered widespread recognition. As an executive at LAI, Mr. Slayton infuses international expertise into programs and workshops, ensuring world-class standards across all masterclasses.
